This cartoon was published in this issue of the Vegetarian Journal. I treated myself to a vegetarian meal at Angelica's Restaurant with my earnings.
This was an article about Latino vegetarians. 2006. I cooked several dishes for that interview. I've been a vegan since 1998. I relapsed...I think...two years after the interview. When I relapsed my depression returned. I felt okay on a cooked vegan diet--but I feel so much better emotionally and physically on a low fat raw vegan diet.
